--Bedroom #2: Two full-size beds and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Bedroom #3: A Queen-size bed and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Living room: traditional furnishings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat for five plus a dining table with seating for three and a flat screen Roku TV
