This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This studio apartment features one king bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full size fridge, microwave, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 3rd floor, guests will enjoy condo with a balcony and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

As of January 2023, this unit has been completely updated and we could not be more excited to share them! Those updates include the following: New LVP flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new dresser and night stand, fresh paint, new décor, and new balcony doors. These upgrades truly make this vacation rental stand out amongst the others!

This unit features a full size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold. While there is no stove, guests will be able to cook a small meal or snack using the microwave. This kitchenette also features a small sink and coffee maker! All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Due to guest feedback, we have recently lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
