Bedding accommodations include one queen, one double & one twin, third bedroom has one double & one twin, fourth bedroom has a queen, and the fifth has a double. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated with fresh paint, new furnishings and decor along with luxury vinyl flooring! Need more than five bedrooms? Wonderful week

Updated clean beachfront home on south tip of Pawleys Island. Amazing view of both oceans and inlet. Home and amenities as advertised. Lenny of room for out of 6 adults and 3 kids. The management company provides chairs as part of the rental deal. Only issue is that the beds need to have better mattresses or at least mattress pads for more comfort. Overall rating a 5 +.

Awesome family get away

We loved Pawley’s Island and this house was a perfect location: south end of island, very quiet, amazing sun rises and sets. Layout was perfect and kitchen well equipped. Loved all three puzzles in the closet! Only two recommendations are better mattresses and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

Best Family Vacation

From the beautiful sunrises over the ocean to the most incredible sunsets over the inlet. The house was clean and very well stocked. The flow of the house was roomy and comfortable for our 7 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian kicked us out a little early but the rental staff kept us well informed and was always very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great property for a family getaway!

The house was clean, recently renovated, and large enough for living and entertaining. It's very close to the beach and the creek, which makes it exceptional for activities on both. ALL appliances and facilities worked flawlessly, which is NOT the case for all properties on Pawley's, especially older ones. Would absolutely stay here again!
