Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

*on the 1st floor, Very spacious condo.

* 2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

Laundry service was ok, did not overlook the beach but was a very comfortable walk to it. While we were there several other unit's had people smoking Marijuana. Sometimes the air outside was so polluted we could not stay outside. Even picknic area was unusable for the odors.

Not exactly what I thought.

First I would like to say that the host was extremely nice and accommodating, she allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated. She was very responsive when I had a question or concern, getting back to me immediately. However the grounds were not well kept. There was a fair amount of trash littered around the property and a couple old mattresses dumped behind the laundry room. The animal waste disposal had not been changed in a while as it was overflowing when we arrived and wasn’t changed during the week we were there causing a bad smell around the side of the building. Upon arrival, the laundry room was dirty and smelled of urine. I notified the host and she sent someone to clean it that day, which was great! The neighborhood wasn’t the best but that’s no fault of the host. It truly was a 2 minute walk to the beach so that was awesome! I guess the worst event was that my dog got a bad flea infestation from using the grass on the property. I had to bring him to a groomer before we left to kill the fleas. Again this is at no fault of the host. I was told that fleas are very common in the area. The room appeared to be cleaned but it was evident that the floors had not been mopped in quite some time. I would not stay there again.

This place was wonderful! Short walk tona market, short walk to the beach, kiterally a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean, it was spacious, it was just absolutely wonderful! Not to mention she was ok with bringing my two fur babies. If i ever get back down that way (Im from Indiana), I will definitely look this place up again! Highly recommended if you have up to 6 people staying with you!
