Expected more.

We were expecting more, it was a basically a hotel room in a very large hotel. It contain very little to accommodate much cooking, a large pot and a frying pan. The refrigerator broke down and we loss some of our food. The Internet connection was hit and miss. The instructions were wrong when we went to check in, wrong building for parking and accommodation. The weather was great so that helped with our stay.

You WILL BE CHARGED for EVERY little thing even if dirty when you arrive

Identity theft from first email asking for copy of front and back of both drivers license and credit card and signature on blank piece of paper., delay could cause delay in reservation...mind you it was no contact check in and I'd already paid via vrbo. Then was sent a 3+page list of don't do or YOU WILL BE CHARGED in bold and highlighted including $75 if you change input on TV. Took pictures of EVERYTHING as soon as walked in. Had anxiety 2weeks before trip due to list. No cancellation or would I have when I got email asking for my identity. Pillow had several blood stains all over it, missing blankets n sheets for Murphy bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed had crumbs n stains on it. Coffeemaker had no coffee pot. No pans for use in oven. Had to move fridge to open oven door. Plastic ware. No door code till 4pm on THE dot. If you didn't want people in your room while gone expected you to hang around ALL day to get stuff....called at 7am about coffeepot missing...no ETA even at 10 am still no ETA. Get call at 10pm to say can bring over in 30 min. Checkout expect you to set out towels to dry and put away all dishes not leave in dishwasher. Take out trash...but don't touch the beds (dont want you to see bloody pillow! ) Apparently others had it much worse according to BBB!!!!!! will NEVER use BIG FISH RENTALS!
