Everything was well stocked with what we needed to use. We had plenty of room for everyone and was close to the car show for us. The only slight downside was that in the pictures for the room with the twins beds made it look a lot bigger than it was in person. We did have someone with us that was taller than the twin size bed but thankfully there was a pullout sofa that was plenty of room.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had excellent views. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Most units Iā€™ve stayed in had coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and a left over assortment of sandwich baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, dishwasher detergent, spices for cooking etc. This unit only supplies one packet of dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this condo was extremely easy and confortable. Nevertheless, some things in the condo needs to be repared like the patio doors (very difficult to open and close), the water donā€™t go fast enough in the bath, one of the lazyboy donā€™t smell good and maybe needs a little Ā« febreeze Ā».

Washing machine and dryer smells bad.The sliding door handle was broke. We left and came back and someone had been in our room and fixed it. Not a big deal but would have liked a heads up. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Great location, property needs maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a great 10th floor view. Minor repairs should be done such as fixing the door handle/lock on the patio door. Most of the drains were slow draining or clogged. Very few basic items were issued such as 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, no coffee filters, ext. so plan on brining all of that stuff yourself. Still a great trip, but property could use some attention.

Location was wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is exactly how it is pictured. The view from the two balconies is spectacular. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We rented a car and parking across the street was very easy to get to and lots of room to park. The glass doors leading to the balconies were difficult to open and lock, but worked. Both bathrooms seemed to be recently updated and were very clean. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had difficulty locking the outside door. There was plenty of kitchenware and utensils. It would be helpful to have a binder with instructions for operating the lights, fans and television. We took advantage of the local restaurants and took a tour bus to Charleston.
