We got to the property on a Saturday and everything was fine but the condo had a smell we brushed it off because we were at the beach and things get wet so overlooked it and aired out the condo. The next day my husband noticed a water leak in the master bathroom ceiling from the condo above I reached out via text and called twice to the number provided and was told maintenance would be out that was at 10am we waited until after 1pm no one came so we headed to the beach and came back hours later still nothin had been done. The second time I called I was sent to a managers voicemail, left a message never receiving a call back. Then a breaker got tripped in the kitchen, reached out to the same number as before and they tried to help us find the breaker box but we were unable to find it so they said they would send maintenance in the mornin. The next day we waited again for maintenance no one showed so we walked down and got maintenance ourselves and they said they didn’t know anything about the water leak or the breaker but maintenance did come up to the room with the president of the resort and they handled everything found the leak, called the plumber and got it fixed. However we were down to one bathroom with a family of 4 for the rest of the week.The resort president and maintenance were fantastic. The resort president even gave me her personal cell number in case I needed anything and was super friendly every time we would run into her the rest of the week.

Nice stay

Room was clean and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and an infant. Host was friendly and responded promptly to any concerns. Walk to the beach was not very far and the pool was always clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
