The search for your next vacation rental ends here! Check out this beautiful 4th floor, ocean view vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full size fridge, microwave, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 4th floor, guests will enjoy condo with a balcony and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit features a full size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold. While there is no stove or kitchen sink, guests will be able to cook a small meal or snack using the microwave. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Due to guest feedback, we have recently lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Overall pretty good!

Slight hiccup at check in, with the electronic keypad to get in the room, but with a quick call to the property manager it was fixed and the rest of the trip went very well. 9.1 out of 10 Great location and pricing, and the pool/slide facility was fantastic.

Dirty room

The hallway smelled so bad. The bathroom light did not work (we had to call for it to be fixed). The shower had curly black hairs all over it. Something brown was on the door/frame by key pad. Dust was all over the head boards of the bed, lamps, and pretty much every surface. There was a pair of kid shorts on the balcony. The bed sheets had stains on them. Pictures were taken and sent via email to the property owners. Cleaning person was sent to clean the room again. Second cleaning was better but still not the best. Would not stay here again. Advertisement pictures were way different.
