With a separate living room and bedroom, there`s extra space for everyone to enjoy.  You can spend quality time together catching up and relaxing amongst all the sun and fun! There is a king bed in the bedroom and also a pull-down murphy bed in the living room, both with a flat screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows and sports teams.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
