This condo boasts TWO patios, a living area, and bedrooms with breathtaking views of the ocean! Amazing views of the ocean from the 11th floor! One of Maisons Sur Mer EXCLUSIVE Resort's greatest views can be found from this condo. Fantastic kitchen space for entertaining and soaking in the scenery. Situated on a HIGH floor in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer, this property has fantastic views of the ocean from TWO balconies and is only a short stroll from Ocean Annies. This condo sleeps six people with one king and two queens. Situated in Maisons Sur Mer, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this resort offers it all! The condo is beachside and has two private bathrooms, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop/oven. LCD TVs are also provided. Pools by the sea and individual balconies facing the sea! WIFI FOR FREE! As much as we love our apartment, we hope you do too!

Perfectly situated and easily accessible by foot from the Ocean Annies, a terrific place to enjoy live music by the beach in a great atmosphere! Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Beach are within a short drive from Broadway. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions!


PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO GYM ACCESS FOR THIS CONDO. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

A nice unit in favorable location but…

He had a very nice stay at this property. We come to the Maisons Sur Mer most summers and have stayed in a variety of units. This unit is, I’m guessing, a work in progress for the owner. Many of the fixtures have been updated but other areas are in need of improvement. The Mattresses are terribly worn out and need replacement. The cooktop had one non functioning burner that they were awaiting a part for. The refrigerator and dishwasher work fine but are showing their age and the carpet on the patio is threadbare. That said, the space is well decorated with nice furniture and TV’s in all rooms. It was very clean and we enjoyed it greatly. With a few more improvements this will be a great property. The AC seemed to have been updated and was cold.

Birthday getaway

This place was very clean and the views from the balconies were fantastic. It is located just a short walk from a pier That has a little mini Arcade, the neighborhood is very quiet and across the street is a restaurant general store a nicnak shops And there's a very good coffee shop and pizza in the same little shopping spot. I would definitely stay here again. The management was very prompt when I had questions overall, it was a fantastic stay.
