Parking:
Parking is available on the resort property or behind “Breakfast at Tena’s” across the street
First-come, first-served in designated areas
Resort parking garage is closed until 2027

Property Rules:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No RVs, trailers, ATVs, or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
