This 1 bedroom, 1 baths direct oceanfront condo is on the 17th floor of Beach Colony Resort. This condo has small kitchen area, with a full-sized microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings are upscale with flat-screen TVs and a very large private oceanfront balcony. Fabulous amenities include indoor/outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash, and a play area. Beach Colony Resort is located in the northern portion of Myrtle Beach and is very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the area's attractions.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river rides, a spacious pool deck, and social areas, an Oceanfront pool, and a waterfall. Indoor pool with cascading double waterfall. IMPORTANT NOTE: From October 14 for approximately 3 weeks, the resort will be replacing hallway carpet on floors 3–5, one floor at a time. This unit is not on the 3rd or 4th floor, but guests should expect some construction activity and noise in common areas during this period.

🛠 Pool & Amenity Update
Please note that the indoor pool is currently closed for repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least mid-January.
The North Outdoor Pool is also temporarily closed. Once both the indoor pool and North Pool reopen, the South Pool Deck will undergo maintenance and will be closed during that time.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
