The condo itself was very nice. There was no hot water for 3 day, then there was no water at all for 2 days. We were unable to take showers, wash clothes, or cook. Was very very disappointed with the text communication with property management. Unable to talk to anyone. Not what I paid for…

Nice!

Great place in a quiet location except for occasional super loud muscle cars driving thru. You can hear noise well since beds are by a wall. Not super clean and furniture could use a fresh paint, but overall a very relaxing place with ocean view. Well stocked with comfy towels and toiletry. Beds/pillows were comfortable and clean. Even had VCR/dvd in a room and a washer/dryer! Plenty of pools and lazy rivers to keep kids busy. Keyless entry very useful. Elevators do require some walking around to get to beach. Pool areas well stocked with clean towels. Stray cats live in the freenery close by)

Needs a deep clean

Check in was easy. However, I immediately noticed a pill left on the floor which proved the carpet had not been vacuumed. Upon closer inspection, food crumbs were on the carpet as well as price tag plastic piece. The ceiling had black dust accumulated and on the vent in the door to air unit. Our headboard had not been dusted either and was covered in dust.

Great property if you are not planning to cook your meals

I came as the only adult with four teenagers and had plans to cook for us throughout the stay. The property was fantastic and we all had a great time. However, cooking was a huge challenge at this property. There was one medium pot and one small pot one large spoon, and one spatula and that was it other than plates and small cups and silverware. I had no strainer for pasta no hot pads, although they brought me some when I asked, but it was too late because I had already burned my hand and lost part of my dinner down the sink. All the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before use. The microwave was broken as well. They did bring me a back up microwave to sit on the dining room table to use but that took up all of our eating space. But overall this is a great place to stay if you do not plan to do much cooking.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time staying in this condo. The resort has so many pools snd things to do such as swimming, restaurant on site, music and entertainment. Our condo was clean snd had a beautiful view. This was a fun resort.

Beautiful View

Condo was perfect for my family. The beds were comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The location was close to local restaurants and within walking distance to Ben and Jerry’s. People were friendly and the beach was easy to access. Lots of pools to choose from our kids enjoyed the lazy river. If we are ever back in Myrtle we definitely will stay here!

Nice getaway

Property was just as described. The room was clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Kitchen stocked with all you need for preparing food. Loved being on the top floor. Sometimes it took longer than usual to get on a elevator going up. Easy access to the beach. Lots of pools to use. I would stay here again because of the price. This is not a 5 stars hotel. Furniture is dated and worn looking. Really the wood furniture could just use a fresh coat of paint. Could use a couple of extra chairs for the balcony and newer mattress. Outside the rooms could be cleaned better by the hotel. We had no problems parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Booked last minute for the week and got an amazing rate! Was pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy and needs to be renovated. But for $34/night oceanfront it was an amazing deal.

Nothing special. No sheets for extra beds. Extra bedS mattress covers hideous Don’t look past the extra fees in addition to price. Once booked it’s kind of a hassle to sign contract and read all the rules and all the threats of extra fees etc.

What’s not to love. This unit is on the top floor of the building. You can view the ocean & the street from the balcony. It’s also an end unit so you have windows that have the street views. We had a great time in Myrtle Beach with great weather. Wish it was a bit warmer in early April though so that the water is not too cold. I would prefer wood floor & this unit is mainly carpeted. The rental rate is very reasonable too.
