Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Myrtlewood Villas is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a relaxing space for up to 6 guests.
The open-concept living area features modern furnishings, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and access to your private balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter's barstools.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with access to a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower/tub combo. The living room sofa can be converted into a sleeper, providing additional sleeping space for two. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer/dryer combo, free Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs.

Guest Access
As a guest at Myrtlewood Villas, you'll enjoy access to a range of resort amenities:
Multiple outdoor pools, including a heated pool, plus an indoor pool complex and a children's pool.
A fully equipped fitness center and outdoor sports facilities like shuffleboard, volleyball, and basketball courts.
Tennis courts (some require separate reservations or fees), a lazy river, and a hot tub for relaxing.
Beach access is just one mile away, with public access nearby.
Several golf courses, including Myrtlewood Golf Club, are in close proximity.
Note: Some amenities like boat rentals or golf tee times may require additional reservations or fees.

Interaction with Guests
We are available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay via phone, email, or messaging. Check-in and check-out are made easy with a self check-in process through a smart lock.
Rental Agreement & Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID are required for booking confirmation. Local residents are not permitted to rent the condo to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony.
