• Outdoor pool (seasonal – typically April through September; pool pass required)

• Public beach access just a short drive away—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing
• Two parking passes included for this 2-bedroom unit
• Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed in residential areas, but can be registered and parked at the office lot
Indoor pool hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (coincide with front desk hours)
Outdoor pools: Open from sunrise to sunset

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Toiletries are supplied in limited quantity for arrival (not restocked): one roll of paper towels, trial-size dish soap, one dishwasher pod (if applicable), one toilet paper roll per bathroom, trial-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, one laundry detergent (if applicable), and one trash bag for the kitchen. Guests should plan to purchase additional items as needed.
• Please note that we do not provide beach towels.
