1.Rental is not cancellable and all monies paid non-refundable. There is no daily housekeeping. Unit comes with above mentioned daily wrist bands for the Atlantis water Parks 2. The Renter agrees to follow the resort rules and accepts responsibility and liability for the use of the unit and property. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner due to any actions taken by the Renter, members of Renter's named party, or the Renter's guests during this reservation. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy the unit unless accompanied by persons 21 or older. 3. The Renter will be responsible for any costs charged to the villa during the reservation. The Renter will be expected to supply Harborside a valid credit card in the Renters' name to pay for charges and usage fees upon check-in, and to be paid upon check-out. The villa reservation cannot be transferred to a third party. 4. Owner will not be held liable or responsible for any disasters, acts of God, accident or unforeseen event that may affect the vacation rental. The Renter should obtain personal travel insurance that would provide coverage for unforeseen events. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel your agreement. There are no refunds for early check out. The Owner is not responsible for Renter's personal property. Harborside may enter premises for effecting repairs and maintenance, or for other necessary purposes. 5. Renter is not allowed to sublet unit. No Pets allowed 6. Owner reserves the right to cancel this agreement if there is any indication of fraud or misrepresentation on the Renter(s) part. If the Owner cancels the agreement or reservation for this or any other reason, Renter(s) will be reimbursed all out of pocket expenses, including deposit, for arranging this vacation (not to exceed villa rental amount paid).

Snowy Dance Convention

We stayed at this property during a dance convention weekend, and while the stay was good overall, the check-in process was a bit stressful. On the way to the property, I realized I hadn’t received check-in instructions, so I tried contacting the host. It took a couple of hours to get a response, which was frustrating.When we arrived, I found a main building where I could check in, but they had no information on our reservation. I continued reaching out to the host through phone calls and messages on VRBO. Eventually, the host provided a confirmation number, and I was able to check in.There was a lot of snow on the ground, and the parking lots weren’t cleared very well, which made walking to and from the car a little tricky for the first couple of days. We had to be extra cautious.Overall, the stay itself was good, but I would recommend reaching out to the host well in advance to confirm check-in details and avoid similar issues.

Great stay

Our stay was enjoyable. We have stayed at Marriott Ocean Watch Villas before. It is one of our favorite places. The only bad thing is, you don’t know what room you are going to get - Ocean view or Garden view. Customer service, for any questions, is in a foreign country. That can be frustrating for sure.

The size of the villa was perfect clean. The amenities were awesome and easy to get to enjoy

Our overall experience was great and my family was very comfortable. The villa was decorated tastefully and provided much space for the five of us. The location was perfect as we were minutes from our favorite places that we like to frequent. We look forward to renting this same villa again next year.
