Perfect space for our annual work trip! Rooms were spacious and well designed. Amazing views, well stocked kitchen and spacious open living room for our evening discussions. Highly recommended!

The building is just what the photos show - very nice. Not having spare towels for the beach seems like a shortcoming, but a small one. The hot tub was awesome but then there was a gas leak so they shut off the heat. You might check on this before renting. Overall it was the best set of features for what we wanted so we'd definitely consider coming again if your grouip was the right size.

Amazing House

Perfect place for a company retreat! They didn’t miss one detail! It was difficult for catering companies to find, but with a little navigation assistance it was fine! Definitely hope to use this house again.

Staff Retreat

The property is beautiful with plenty of room. We have a staff of 35 ppl and every couple was able to have their own room and bathroom. There were multiple places to connect and meet as a group and also areas for just a few to separate and meet. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to pitch in and help with meals. This was a great place our staff and everyone felt spoiled. We look forward to this being our yearly Winter retreat home.

Great property, perfect for our group

We recently got a large group of friends together to all stay at this property. It was beautiful, clean, and definitely big enough for our group of 31 people. The view was beautiful. The layout of the rooms was perfect, and we loved that there was a bathroom in each room. The entrance to the beach is super close- it is only one house over. It is about a 30 second walk, and it’s very easy. Pool was perfect when heated. The property management company can be a little difficult to get in touch with. We called them on Friday afternoon and Sunday mid-day, and they didn’t answer the phone either time. They called us back a few minutes later (Friday) and a few hours later (Sunday). We thought that was strange for a vacation rental company who does most of their business on a weekend. Our biggest problem with the property: there were fewer than 30 forks and way fewer than 30 knives that we could find. That is not enough for the all of the seats at the tables. They should consider adding more. As others have mentioned- no ice maker. Walmart for bags of frozen ice is just a few minutes down the road and there is sufficient freezer space for the ice. Overall, this was a great stay and we would strongly consider staying again!

Nice new property

Well, the property is new and nice. It is missing a few key things that could make it excellent. The amount of silverware for the number of occupants in the house doesn’t match. Also it’s a good idea certify the things in the listing like the second coffee pot and clarify it had one pod style pot. The simple things can lead to loss time of enjoyment. I want to make sure one thing is heard by all the people viewing my comment the house is fantastic location, and accommodations. These things will hopefully improved from the property owner and management. They responded extraordinarily quick to Kohl’s in information just some simple items that would give it that fifth star.

Family Reunion

This property is ideal for large group gatherings. Plenty of room. Nice outside pool and spa. Only drawback would be the lack of ice makers in the refrigerator. When you have a house designed specifically for large groups it seems odd that there is no ice maker at all.
