Welcome to Lady Myrtle! This brand new construction 4 Bedroom home is across the street from the ocean! Enjoy walking to the beach. Private 2 car garage & pet friendly. Sleeps 10 guests. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear for 10, outdoor dining and multiple outdoor seating areas. This is the perfect beach house getaway for a large family or group of friends. This home is professionally managed by Royall Stays.

Guest Access:
Smart Lock Keypad- Code will be shared in check in message When driving/ubering to this home please put in the address 2311 S Ocean Blvd. The home is located on a brand new street called Madison Ct.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in South Myrtle Beach, just one block from the beach. South Myrtle Beach offers a long stretch of sandy beach, perfect for lounging, swimming, and water sports. It has a variety of attractions that cater to families, such as miniature golf courses, arcades, and the popular Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The neighborhood has a relaxed dining scene with options along the beach and in nearby shopping plazas.

Other Things to Note:
The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars or one standard-sized SUV. Or one over size SUV to the left side of the property on the parking pad. For any additional vehicles you’ll have to pay to park on the street. Bikes are welcome.

Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

You need a lot more amenities to the kitchen. Dish towels, cleaning spray, vacuum, beach towels, which we left three,at least one more roll of toilet paper and paper towels. If you were staying there longer than four or five days, you would have to buy your own items. We had a problem with a draining issue, which caused the toilet to overflow everything! But the management company was right on top of it. parking is an issue, especially if you have a large vehicle. The parking spots next to your unit should not be a free for all. There was a car that sat next to our unit the entire time we couldn’t even park out there, and if we tried in another spot, we were told to move. Beautiful home, but I don’t think I would recommend.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Lady Myrtle beach house. The check in process was extremely easy. We had plenty of bedroom space for each family member and we appreciated the TVs in each bedroom. It was nice to retreat to your own space on occasion to watch tv or relax. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was a little noisy at times being across from the hotels and a main road through Myrtle Beach, but it was also nice to be close to everything with quick access to the ocean. The only thing we would recommend would be extra blankets or throws in the closets and more comfortable seating in the living room area. Other than that, our family throughly enjoyed our stay.
