Great place

We’ve been coming down for the last 10 years. We used to stay at different friends condos but decided we wanted to be on the beach. This was by far the nicest place we stayed. Spacious floor plan and plenty of balcony space. Pool was great and so was the beach access. Owners were very responsive and you could tell their goal was to make sure we were satisfied. Which we were.

Wonderful Condo and Host at Maisons-Sur-Mer!

This was our first time staying at the Maisons property but not our first in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was super clean, comfortable, beautifully-decorated, and the views were fabulous (especially of the 4th of July fireworks from the beach in front of the property!!) Stacey was a very gracious host, providing info about local events in and around the property, and even offering to help us recover a personal item left after we vacated. My only regret was not having MORE time at the property, as we were in town for an event at the convention center that took up most of our days. All in all, a super trip at a great location!

Clean, Friendly and Inviting

Everything was great, as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond, and very helpful during our stay. The building is in a quieter part of Myrtle Beach, with a very nice beach near Apache Pier. Our family really enjoyed the pool as well.

What a truly remarkable beach spot! The accommodations were some of the best I’ve experienced on Vrbo. I will definitely recommend this unit. stacey Sugar was so sweet and a gracious host. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit.

Great view and plenty of space

The view was fantastic! The condo was very comfortable and roomy. Host was very responsive and I loved that they had frames scattered around each room with fun facts about the building and it’s history. The only suggestion I have would be to have 2 key fobs because it is needed to get in the building and going in and out of the gate down to the beach. For our family of 6 it definitely would have been helpful to have an extra. Fortunately, there were usually people around to open the gate if one of us didn’t have the fob. The pool and bar were great and the building was very nice. They were doing some remodeling in the lobby and common areas and I would love to come back and see it completed. Our kids enjoyed the game room playing ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Overall, great experience!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great experience at the unit. the owners were excellent communicators and prompt responses were received when we had questions. The view and balcony is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The building is at a great location and we enjoyed the pool and amenities.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon this North Myrtle Beach gem. My initial stay was so delightful that I couldn't resist extending it further, all thanks to the exceptional accommodations and service provided. Stacey displayed remarkable responsiveness to my inquiries and graciously offered valuable recommendations for local restaurants and activities especially after the airport lost my luggage and she pointed me in the direction of necessary services. The unit itself, as well as the entire building, exudes a captivating sense of history, with each corner adorned with framed artwork that preserves and shares the memories of those who once called this apartment their home. The breathtaking views from both balconies are unparalleled, while the convenient beach access adds an extra touch of convenience and tranquility for daily beach strolls. The onsite staff members were consistently warm and approachable. Great food and music within walking distance. I look forward to staying here again!

A retreat with a View

I was nervous renting this unit as there were no previous reviews but found out that it is only this year that Stacey has allowed guests to rent it. I am thankful that I got to experience it first. Stacey is an amazing host, providing every amenity necessary for a great stay, very attentive and responsive. The unit is very clean and comfortable with all the feels of home. The view is breathtaking. Don't miss out on this gem.
