Gorgeous Condo on Golf Course Near Broadway at the Beach

Our condo is the perfect spot for your vacation!

Whether vacationing for a family getaway at the beach, golfing, or one of the many events in the area, you've found the right place to stay. The unit is located on the second floor, a beautiful and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach (Magnolia Place), built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club. Just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (newly renovated).

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very spacious condo. (King, 2 Twin Beds, and Queen Pullout Sofa). A washer and dryer are available in the unit.

Featuring a Bluetooth® enabled stereo speaker and an integrated LED light and night lights, this Homewerks bathroom exhaust fan is perfect for the tech-savvy homeowner with a desire to stream audio into their bathroom.

The entire Condo is yours with no sharing (keyless entry). Guests have access to the whole place. Owners are NOT on the premises while guests are occupying the space.

Seven seasonal pools on the property are for your use with bracelets. Access the pools with wristbands (2 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer). All 2 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out (there is a $100 charge for each lost or broken wristband).

Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on-premises.

There are quiet hours in the community after 10 pm; there are no parties. Anyone caught smoking inside the unit will be charged a $200 fee.

* Since some guests have allergies, Pets are NOT permitted. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the unit, the guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee and a penalty surcharge of $350.
* Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper provided; guests should bring their extras.
* Bedsheets are provided (one set per bed)
* Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
* Bring your beach towels (do not use bath towels)
* Condo is inspected before your arrival to ensure all is clean and working correctly.

🏖️ Please bring your own beach towels – bath towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside.

🚫 Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted on the property.

🎟️ Pool wristbands: A $100 fee will be charged for each lost or damaged band.

🧼 The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival to ensure everything is in proper working order.
