If you're looking for a comfortable vacation rental that won't break the bank, look no further! Check out this 11th-floor ocean view studio located at the Sea Mist Resort! This apartment is rented fully furnished with two queen beds and will accommodate up to 4 guests! The condo features a private balcony with partial ocean views, TV with basic cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, dresser and closet for storage, full kitchen, and private bathroom!
Moving through the condo guests will find the kitchen. This area features full size appliances including a microwave, full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
