Okay experience

Could have been cleaner. Drier was very noisy and didn’t dry our clothes all the way. Requested maintenance they did not come to assist. The shower head was broken and pointed down and water pressure was terrible. Microwave barely worked. Ice machine very loud when on. I truly am not a complainer, but the place could have been cleaned better and better maintenanced prior to people coming and staying. Hoping the next guests get a better experience.

Understocked kitchen and water issues

Resort and casago staff very friendly and pleasant. Had issues with hot water due to heating element going out at the resort therefore one day had to take cold shower and 2 days Luke warm water and one day water was off until almost 3 pm. Kitchen is not fully furnished, planned on cooking most of the time but there was no utensils to cook with therefore we ate out all but 2 nights. Kitchen was one reason I decided to pay more for a condo instead of regular hotel room therefore I feel like it was a waste of money had I known i would’ve chose a regular room and saved the money.

Myrtle Beach Bikers Weekend

This property is a gem. I decided to extend my stay an extra day, totalling 4 days for my trip. The comfort of being on the 16th floor with an amazing view direct view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. This condo didn't feel cramped up. It was just me and my husband and he loved this property. He rode his Harley and immediately came back to the condo to relax. He was in the condo on the balcony relaxing even when I was out shopping. His fellow biker friends that stayed on the 4th floor room were different. I'm glad I decided to book this way instead and found this condo. The 2 agents with Casago that helped me extend dates and updated my code to the room made the checking-in and out process so easy. I couldn't Thank them enough for their professionalism and due diligence. I definitely will be booking again.

Great beach access and lots of pools

The condo was clean and even had beach chairs. We didn't use them but it is always nice when the property owners think of the vacationers. The property manager was available whenever I needed and responded very quickly. We ate out mostly and didn't use the stove but came fully loaded with dishes and eating utensils. There was direct access to the beach and check in EASY. Would definitely stay here again.

Sandy Beach Resort has gone Downhill terribly

The Condo itself was fine for a short stay. It could have been cleaner, the dishwasher doesn't work, the provided toiletries were poor quality so we were glad we brought our own, the washing machine knocks loudly the entire cycle regardless of if there's 2 towels or a full load, but it worked for our family of 5. We have visited Sandy Beach Resort 5+ times over the years. This was our first trip in about 6 years and it was so disheartening. The security staff is insanely rude, you're given bracelets to wear for pool access but no one monitors it so we watched multiple groups of people come in off the street, enjoy the pools, and then leave and walk to other resorts, there are 3 elevators for the main/tall building and our entire stay 1-2 were constantly broken/out of order; we met a family who was stuck in one of the elevators for over 2 hours on one of the days and there is NO phone access in the elevator. The pool towels are barely bigger than kitchen hand towels. The pool tiles are broken/busted and need to be replaced in every pool/hot tub and the lazy river. They lock the beach access gates at 8-830 each night even though the pools and beach are open until 11, so you have to walk out to the street in front of the condo and go around to the public access (not a lot of fun with 3 small children). Overall we love Myrtle Beach, the lifeguard on the beach was very nice and informative. We'll return to MB but NOT Sandy Beach Resort!
