Awesome
Loved our stay at Horizon at 77th #701. Great view of the beach from the balcony. However the patio chairs need to be updated. The rooms were clean and spacious. Also its not far from the Ripleys aquarium and boardwalk which we definitely enjoyed. Can't wait to go back.

Nightmare in unit 701
Outdated furniture filled with stains and dirty. Unit was not clean when arrived. Floors still dirty, shower curtain had mold on it. Old food still remained on dishes in cabinets. On top of this roaches in the kitchen. Only stayed one night due to all of the issues. Communicating with rental company was awful. Having to repeat the same issues with multiple people just for them to blame each other for the problems. Thinking that having someone come out and clean would solve the problem. This place needs burned down. Having to relocate a family of 7 in Myrtle Beach during peek season and them not having any compassion. Wasted more time dealing with Palmetto Vacation Rentals about the problems with the unit then getting a refund documentation for refund ruined the entire trip for my family and National cheer competition for my child. I will never book again with VRBO because of this and please stay away from Palmetto Vacation Rentals!

Horrible roaches everywhere
Nothing was done correctly. None of the beds had a full or clean set of sheets. The room wasn’t clean, floors were nasty, roaches throughout the kitchen. Reached out multiple times to have the issues fixed nothing was done. Couldn’t even get a remote for the master bedroom. Will never use them again.
