Guest Cottage 30G offers an enviable location, just a quick 5-minute drive to the Tanger Outlet shops and a convenient 10-minute drive to attractions like The Carolina Opry, Pirate’s Voyage, and Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is also within easy reach, approximately 15 minutes away.
These stand-alone cottages, provide the best of both worlds—a complex setting with the privacy of a single private house. Guest Cottage 30G comes complete with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and central heating/air conditioning. Positioned a stone's throw from the beach, these cottages offer under-house parking and access to community pools.
For added peace of mind, Booe Realty offers the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest upon check-in. Booe Realty extends its services to encompass vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
