Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple.

I think the property fee is extremely high especially for what it has to offer. I also believe 10am check out is way too early especially since check in is not till 4pm which is late and a waste of a day for person paying the day. Suite is nice and view is awesome.
