Parking spaces are limited.You need to be back by 8pm to find a parking spot.They do have a parking garage but you can't use it if you have a high vehicle such as a truck.Listing description did not mention this.It was a nice location with great beach access I The units floors were dirty with dust, debris & other peoples hair, especially in the bathroom,which is probably the cleaning staffs fault.Also the listing description did not show real photos or details letting you know that when you step out on the balcony, you will be face to face all balconies around you. So close you could high five someone. We had neighbors that were smoking marijuana next to us and we could not even go outside because the smoke was so bad that it was coming into our unit and we did not want to get in trouble for smoking fee if the smell lingered. You do have to take the trash out to the trash chute before leaving , leave towels on the bathroom floor but you are not to touch the bed linens or remove them, which I thought was odd. Owners communicated very well and promptly.Personally for a 1.5 day stay at almost 780 , it wasn't worth it.
