Birdie on the Green at Magnolia Pointe

Location is key and this condo is close to everything. Just 10 minutes from the airport and the beach. Mini golf, Grand Prix, Boardway at the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants and activities are all within a 5-minute drive. Sit on the balcony overlooking a lake and Myrtle Wood Golf Course.
Corner Unit with a spacious comfortable living area full of windows and natural light. large smart TVs in every room. A Large-full size kitchen and inviting decor that will make you feel at home.
The sofa in the living room can be turned into a twin bed for an additional bed.

Entire space is for you to enjoy!

Guest can message me through Airbnb. I try to respond quickly.
There is a Ring doorbell on front door. It is the only camera and is there for safety.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 5 maximum guests
Washer & Dryer:
The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. I have supplied several laundry pods and dryer sheets for you.

Garbage:
I have left several garbage bags for your use. Please remove the bagged garbage from the apartment and place in any of the garbage bins found on the side of the building by the parking spots.

Extra Bed: the small sofa pulls out into a twin bed. Extra blankets are located in the master bedroom.

Pool access: You’ll find a ring with a black key fob and 5 wristbands inside the welcome basket. Use the key fob to unlock the pool gate. You do not need to wear the wristbands, but please keep them with you while at the pool. Be sure to return the full set to the basket after use to avoid replacement fees

Beach Items:
In the outdoor closet, I’ve supplied several beach items for your enjoyment.
Several adult size beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, beach mat and cooler.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please don’t take bath towels to the beach.
Quite hours are 10PM to 7AM
$100 replacement fee if pool fob is lost
At check out:
1. leave towels in a pile
2. check for all belongings
3. do dishes or run the dishwasher
4. remove any food & trash
5. Double check door is locked
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
