We did receive check in instructions prior to check in, however when we arrived- the code (last 4 of my phone number) were not correct. Had to wait on owner’s assistant to respond back to me before getting into condo. Once in condo, looked nice from a glance-however could use a cleaning on the inside of condo. Sweep/mop needed from prior guest. Sticky counter tops, dirty bathroom mirror, hair in bed/ and in shower. Decided to go tour the beach/ pool area for kids to play. The property itself is disgusting. Broken lawn chairs, broken chairs inside pool area, piles of trash outside trash cans, and piled on/around tables inside pool area. One table had a huge pile of towels & trash piled on top of and laying around the table. Saw a worker walk right by the mess, and didn’t acknowledge it. Dirty resort owned towels thrown all over the pool floor, on tables, and on fire pit. Anyone from the outside could use the pool, as the key lock didn’t work, and anyone could enter. Due to all the broken chairs and trash on pool deck, we thought this was a safety hazard for our young children. We did leave the condo after 3 hours, and found a nice place to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Absolutely disgusting, waste of money, and disappointed. If I was a home owner here, I would be having a talk with the property mgmt and assessment team. Unfortunately, didn’t get any money back from this stay, but hopefully the owner can bring this up to HOA for more positive stays for future guests.
