Short family stay

Location is great. Love the different options available- the pools, lazy river, hot tub, and beach. Check in could have been better. I went early to see if the room was available, the person at the front desk told me they would call when it was ready, they never did. I waited and called 30 mins after regular check in time to be told it was ready but their system didn’t get notified. They also told me we were located at another building, that wasn't oceanfront (Dunes building), I had to tell them I specifically booked the oceanfront listing here. The condo could have been cleaner, on arrival I found large crumbs of teddy grahams and what looked like chewed up gum on the floor. For a 2 bedroom to fit 10 people, there also wasn't very many pots/dishes/cutlery available. Staff was responsive. Overall, I would book this specific room again.

Great Location

Felt like staying in a hotel! They brought fresh towels and came to gather trash every day. Room is booked through the resort so access to all amenities and a wristband for entry into room which was great for the kids.
