HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to “Summer Winds”! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0.2 miles north of the Surfside Pier. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family-friendly restaurants. The large open kitchen/dining/living area layout is ideal for gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and features a breakfast bar. The first floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. The other three rooms are located on the second floor. The poolside master suite is located on the second floor. The master bathroom features a double sink and walk-in shower. The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the well-manicured fenced-in backyard and pool. The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to four vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Dated property and poor service from Sea Star realty company

We rented over Thanksgiving. The property is dated. But it does have everything you need to manage a meal for 6. We had a blown fuse on thanksgiving day and did not get a response from the rental company - Sea Star Realty. The fuse in the main room was blown and they do not consider this an emergency?? Ridiculous. I complained about this and they did not offer anything to compensate. They will not get my business again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
