This was a great property! I’ve stayed in many properties and this was the best. The location was great. We had three adults couples and it was perfect for that. We had space to be together and then we had separate areas with separate balconies to be alone as couples. The owners were easy to deal with and available if needed. Overall a terrific experience. We had a good stay. The Palms pool and shared areas are a bit more dated than the pictures showed. There was construction on the pier the whole time we were there. The penthouse is nice but a bit more aged than the pictures capture. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with great views.

From the moment we entered until we left we both enjoyed our visit! The PH is beautiful and the perfect place to unwind. The beautiful sunrise we woke up to, the relaxing sound of ocean waves, wonderful views from each balcony, the awesome showers, the relaxing jacuzzi, not to mention anything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Salt Therapy Indeed

Love, Love, Love this condo! First off, this condo was immaculate. There are beautiful views and is tastefully renovated making you truly feel your are at the beach whether you are inside or outside. Michelle and Kurt have provided everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! All you have to brings is yourself, clothes, food and adult beverages of your choice. They have provided all the basics and enough supplies to keep the dishes, laundry and yourself clean head to toe! The balconies, all four of them, are spectacular and we spent many nights outside enjoying the evening breeze. During the day, while it gets hot outside, its stays cool inside. This unit is equipped with an upstairs and downstairs air conditioner to make sure all guests are comfortably cool especially while sleeping. All the bathrooms are plenty large and have nice showers in all, not to mention the body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided! This is a smaller condo complex and therefore there was plenty of room to place your umbrella most anywhere on the beach, unlike other larger resorts that were 3 rows deep and sold out! That was a huge plus for the adults but, given the fact that it is smaller, the pool is more on the intimate side which did not bother us as adults and those with small children but the teenagers wanted more "action". With that, we did find there are other resorts that will allow a weeks pool rental! So, all I can say is THANK YOU Michelle and Kurt! Well, done!

We really enjoyed the condo. There were 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms which was wonderful for our crew. Each family including grandkids had their own room and bath. Location can not be beat! Summer fun!

First off, just an awesome property. Would recommend highly. Just went with our family and extended family and we had a great time. Close to great restaurants and Broadway at the beach! Unit came with high quality beach umbrellas, chairs and towels. The showers are out of this world. Curt and Michele are awesome hosts who get back to you promptly with any questions and special accommodations. Hopefully will get back there soon. Rick, Debbie and families.
