Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental, including 2 living rooms , 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, a pool table, laundry room, private balconies, and parking space for up to 4 standard-size vehicles. The only shared area is the pool, which is shared with other guests in the triplex.



The pool is open between 9am-11pm 7 days a week (the pool is not heated)

The pool is shared with other homes in the triplex.

The pool is cleaned on a daily basis in the summertime

The guest is required to follow the pool rules!



No additional parking spaces

Overflow parking is not available

No BBQ grill per hoa rules



Getting Around:

Parking is limited to 4 cars under the building. No street parking.

We own a total of 3 townhouses in this triplex. If you need more space and wish to rent multiple townhouses, please send us a message.

Ice maker:

These components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.



The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.
