Prime location, Located on the five floor, next to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and beach, close to everything. Walk to entertainment, restaurants, shops and short drive to the Convention Center, Market Commons, Outlets, Broadway on the beach, airport, etc. Enjoy vacation at this 1,300 sq ft condo, fits for 8 with full kitchen and big laundry. Free WIFI, TV, on-site pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, grill, tennis court, basket court. Convenient self check-in/out with onsite support if needed. Parking pass for one car. No pet .
Note the Hoa sticky monitor the number of people checking in the room. If you have more guest than the room capacity, a fine will be enforced and guests be evicted from the property immediately.

Perfect for my family

First time traveling with our youngest child who’s 1 yrs and three older children 6yrs,13yrs 17yrs. I was extremely nervous about it but that place was Perfect! Plenty our room and kids loved it! Will definitely book again.
