Paradise Found at Bermuda Bay has a separate lock-out Suite on the ground floor- wheel chair accessible, with large back patio. Also has use of lower level game room with pool table / ping-pong, darts, TV and game table. Ocean Side Village is a gated community w 24 hour security, indoor- (heated) and outdoor pools, lighted tennis and pickle-ball courts, playground, ball-fields, volleyball, bocce ball and shuffleboard. Community is great for walking, biking and has beach front parking lot with restrooms- next to Conch Cafe.
The house is in a gated subdivision with a private beach parking lot, which is a quick 6 minute golf cart ride away.
