Outside there is plenty of outdoor entertainment such as a BBQ area and fully fenced backyard - perfect for entertaining friends or family. There is also plenty of street parking available on the quiet street, which is located just a 2 minute walk away from North Beach, the Bellinger river and Mylestom Bowling Club - so leave the car at home and enjoy walking to the local beaches and waterways with the family! Whether you are into fishing, boating, water sports, swimming or just soaking up the scenery - this home offers an escape back to nature and endless opportunities to disconnect and unwind.
The master bedroom features a Queen bed plus built in robes & ceiling fans while the second bedroom offers queen beds with built in robes & ceiling fans. The Third bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with single mattress - ideal for kids or teens! A large Smart TV with comfortable lounges and a large dining area to enjoy family dinners. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and ironing facilities.
