dårlig service og guide der snyder

Ualmindelig ringe service fra vi ankommer til vi tager af sted. Hotellet nægter at have noget at gøre med hotels.com, selvom jeg viser dem bookingbekræftelse. Hotelmanageren står nærmest og gør grin med mig. Efter en times tid hvor de ikke vil udlevere en værelsesnøgle, bliver jeg selv nødt til at komme med en løsning om, at hvis de ikke modtager bookingen inden afgang dagen efter, at vi så vil betale for værelset. På hotellet har de en person der sælger ture. Han vil sælge os en "privat bil" til Can Tho. Det viser sig at være en offentlig bus vi kommer på. Den lugter af afføring, sæderne sad ikke fast og var utrolig ubehagelig. Halvvejs på vejen vil de have os til at betale penge for turen, selvom guiden allerede havde betalt. Det viser sig så, at guiden fra hotellet har snydt os og det ender med at vi bliver smidt af på en landevej ude midt i ingenting. Har aldrig oplevet en dårligere service af hotellet og det deres lokale guide gjorde imod os var noget svineri. Han skal være glad for aldrig at støde ind i os igen... svineri
