The front desk had no staff for about 10 minutes so I had to wait to check in. I booked this hotel for the hot tub. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The staff was very friendly. I booked the hotel because of the pool and was NOT told until check in that it was out of commision. This seems to be happening a lot with hotels i have lately booked. Not happy about nit being informed of this so i could switch if i needed to.
Was a disappointment. King sized bed was hard and pillows were terrible. The room and hotel were clean and the staff were great. Also breakfast was great. The mattresses and pillows need some attention. Was located close to highway and in a safe area.
