Beautiful newly renovated 6 bedroom home on Wolf Lake. Enjoy the stunning views of the clear water in this spring fed, sandy bottom lake. Inside features 2 full kitchens and a large dining area, perfect for a large group!

The upper level includes 5 bedrooms -1 king, 2 queen, 1 set of full size bunks, and 1 twin trundle.

The lower level has 1 king bedroom along with a living room with a sofa and available air mattress.

The game garage features skee ball, ping pong, and a basketball arcade.

This house has been newly renovated and features a large upstairs kitchen with a spacious dining area. The large table is able to accommodate 10 guests comfortably, with another smaller table nearby for a few more!

The cozy living room offers comfortable seating to visit with views overlooking the water, access to the deck, an indoor fireplace, and a smart TV with WiFi access.

Just outside of the living room is a large deck, featuring 4 adjustable lawn chairs, perfect for laying out! Enjoy coffee with a beautiful view as you watch the sunrise!

The spacious main bedroom features a king sized bed, large walk in closet, and private bathroom and shower. There is plenty of space both in the bedroom or in the walk in closet for a pack and play if needed. This room also has access to the deck and features a beautiful view of the lake, with curtains to maintain privacy.

Bedroom #2 features an adjustable queen sized bed, with a motorized base to raise or lower the head or feet. This spacious room also features a large closet with a full mirror wall as well as a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 features a bunk bed with full sized beds on both the top and bottom, enough room for 1 adult or two kids in each bed if needed.

Bedroom #4 features a cozy and elegant queen sized bed, with underbed drawers for clothes storage.

Bedroom #5 features a twin trundle bed, with the option to pull out the second mattress for a second bed.

Bedroom #6 is located downstairs and features a king bed, spacious closet, smart TV, with a lake view and direct access to the patio. There is a full bathroom downstairs as well but is not directly connected to the bedroom.

Also downstairs is the brand new kitchen, featuring plenty of cabinet space, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The living space downstairs features a comfortable couch, chair, and smart TV along with direct patio access. An air mattress is also provided to use in this space if needed.

The large concrete patio features an outdoor seating area with a table and enough seating for at least 6. There is a Weber charcoal grill available, along with grilling utensils.

Making your way down the stairs to the water, stop off at the raised level area featuring a large fire pit with adirondack chairs, perfect for smores, cooking, or relaxing near the water. The next level down is open for bean bags, ladder ball, or whatever you can come up with!

The beach features newly placed sand with plenty of chaise lounge chairs to relax in and soak up the sun! There are 4 kayaks available for use (3 adult and 1 kid), as well as a paddleboat. A small storage shed contains a large black mat that can be used while swimming, as well as storage for the kayak oars. The wooden dock to the left is yours to use. If you bring a boat you can tie up to the dock however keep in mind that the water in this area is rather shallow. Please no diving off of the dock!

Wolf lake is a spring fed lake with a nice, sandy bottom and very clear water! There is excellent fishing year round as well as plenty of turtles to catch!

The garage features a ping pong table, basketball arcade, and a skee ball machine, excellent distraction in the case of any inclement weather.

-20 minutes to Lake Michigan beaches
-20 minutes to Michigan's Adventure Park
-25 minutes to Grand Haven
-30 minutes from the USS Silversides Submarine
-40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids
-40 minutes to Silver Lake Sand Dunes

The winter also provides excellent ice fishing, pond hockey and a 30 minute drive to the Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Park!


Guests have full access to the property except for the locked storage closet and crawl space. Our lakefront property extends from our wooden dock on the left (when looking out at the water) to the neighboring dock on the right. Please be respectful and mindful of the neighbors and do not use their dock, boat, or anything on their property.

Please be understanding that this is a lakefront property and comes with the risk of being near open water. Please ensure that life jackets are used when using the kayaks and/or paddleboard and never leave children unattended near the water.
