Le logement est bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac de garde et les vignes. La piscine dans la présidence est appréciable. Le logement est spacieux, et équipé d'une climatisation. Cependant l'équipement est sommaire. Il n'y avait pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner, ni plats pour le four. A notre arrivée il n'y avait que 2 petites cuillères, et 2 couteaux dont un était cassé. Nous avons donc contacté le loueur qui nous a apporté couteaux et petites cuillères 3 jours après notre arrivée. Il n'y avait pas non plus de quoi étendre le linge pour le faire secher
