"Solace at the Shoals" is conveniently located 10 minutes from all the activities, restaurants and shopping in Florence, AL or Muscle Shoals, AL. The TVA Fleet Harbor boat ramp and the Rockpile Boat launch are 5 minutes away! The RTJ Golf Trail at the Shoals is also about 8 minutes away. This home is one street away from the Steenson Hollow Marina where a boat can be rented. This home boasts a spacious master with a king bed, sitting area, TV and a spa like bath with a large shower, double vanities, and a large master closet.Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with a TV, and bedroom 3 contains 2 twin beds with its own TV as well. All the bedrooms have 2 inch blinds with blackout curtains. The secondary bath features a shower/tub combo and single vanity.The massive great room area is perfect for gatherings over a meal or in front of the large TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment to prepare meals. A coffee station features a Keurig Duo that brews a whole pot or a single cup as well as creamer, coffee pods and sugar. There is also a back porch with a comfortable sitting area, and the yard is flat and perfect for letting the kids run around. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a deluxe fold out bed that can be wheeled in any room. There is a large double garage with openers and a large driveway that is big enough for a full size vehicle pulling a boat. Entry is extended via a code with a MyQ keypad connected to the garage doors. There is also a beautiful built in bench as you enter from the garage with shoe storage, hooks and cubbies to drop coats, backpacks and other equipment. "Solace on the Shoals" is also situated in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
