I recently stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is beautiful, peaceful place but the food offered by the in-house restaurants isn't good at all. The worst part is the service of the hotel. At 3.40 AM our room bell rang thrice. By the time we could open the door, the staff person walked inside WITHOUT our consent. This is wrong on so many levels. There should be some privacy etiquettes by the hotel staff. Firstly, disturbing your guest at 3.40 AM when we were sound asleep and secondly walking inside the room. Even if he mistook our room as some other, he isn't supposed to walk inside without the guest opening the door. Secondly, I ordered a cake in my room and paid cash for the same. The staff DIDNT turn back with the change. The hotel really needs to train their employees.
The sea facing rooms are very good for relaxing. Staff is ok and many are good. Rooms are well maintained. Little pricy but worth spending time. Would love to spend more if discounted a bit ;D. One of my favourites.
We drove down from Sohar for the weekend. Very pleased with check in, rooms were nice and clean. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. The fragrance in the Lobby is so nice!! Pool area was nice, towels are available ( make sure to return them at the end of the day) Breakfast buffet was ok. Dinner & Shisha were fantastic, both nights. Compass Bar is nice and had a great view. Live music and DJ at the main pool in the evening.. very fun. The guys that work the bar area~ were the BEST! Zip line ~ YES!! Overall great weekend, definitely recommend going!
Whilst the hotel & facilities are fine (nice pool, clean rooms), the service was disappointing. The staff was not very accommodating, i.e. we received two different rates when booking the same room at the same time and it took half an hour of discussion and escalation to solve it. Whilst staying at the hotel we were not allowed to put anything on the room (despite having left our credit card details) and our ill friend was not allowed to check out an hour later. It appeared that the 'ground staff' is not empowered to
The overall experiance was fine except the room was not acceptable at all for me the floor was fully wet from the check-in till check -out and i dont know the reason i thought humudity and will be soves once i close the balakoni door and open the AC but it doesnt work!
Room 1239; Electric faults in the room,, bad draining of the sink ,,no tooth brush kits, slippers or tissues in the room, only after I requested by phone,, it was my first and may be the last attempt to spend a night there.
Very good resort next near musannah. The pool and beach are beautiful. The staff was exceptionally attentive. The manager was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this location if you need to stay in the area!
Millennium is like our second home. Whenever, we feel like we need to relax, we head to Millennium aince we trust the management and friendly staff. For sure there are always margin of improvement which is If management could expand the blue blinking lights along the complete walk way in front of the building and for kids there should be a better play area and kids zone with exciting rides. Overall we always thankful to Millennium for the hospitality.
Great time to relax with family and kids The location is awesome with many activities. The breakfast was great and in general the staff and service is very good. Maybe one thing is the price of food is a bit expensive comparing with other hotels specially if you are staying with a group. I’m sure the hotel can do much better by adding more kids activities in the kids club. Keep it up
