HOME TRUTHS
• Spa heating is available for $350 per day and must be requested 24–48 hours prior to arrival.
• Due to the large size of the swimming pool (50 feet x 20 feet), pool heating is not available.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $500 per pet per stay.
• Because the property is located on a private hillside estate, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, including birds, coyotes, rabbits, insects, and other native Southern California wildlife.
• No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval and applicable event fees.
• Outdoor Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed in the pool and backyard areas. These cameras monitor the outdoor areas only and do not record inside the home. Please do not cover, move, disconnect, or otherwise interfere with the cameras during your stay.
• Occupancy and noise regulations are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines of up to $10,000 and immediate termination of the reservation.
• No smoking is permitted inside or outside the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Guest identification and security deposits may be required after booking.
• Spa temperatures are maintained according to safety regulations.
• The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
• Due to the rural location, occasional utility interruptions or internet disruptions may occur beyond our control.
