Minutes away from the popular Marsh Walk where you can enjoy some of the areas best seafood and live bands. Also located nearby, is the Garden City Pier to enjoy fishing, ice cream, food, games, and live entertainment. Enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing on the front porch, listening to the sound of waves and taking in the ocean breeze. This is a two-unit beach house, with option to rent entire house (email owner for entire house availability). It is perfect for family getaways, group golf trips, couples’ retreats, or a relaxing friend’s trip. If you forgot to pack something that you might need for your stay, you are only a short one-mile drive away from Kroger's, Walmart Supercenter, Walgreens, beach retail stores as well as dozens of restaurants.

We loved our stay!
We had a wonderful time. The cottage was clean and comfy. We had everything that we needed there. The beach was right across the street. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay
The house is clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. Property manager was very helpful. The beach entrance is across the street from the house. My family loved staying there and we would stay there again.

Perfect!
It was exactly what we needed for 11 of us who were visiting for a long weekend for a wedding. Close to the beach, a mini mart, restaurants! Great screened in porch to chill on.
