Summary:
Welcome to Seawatch Inn at the Landing, your vacation home with stunning views of Murrells Inlet! With 2 bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind, while the screened-in porch lets you enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery in privacy.

The unit comes fully equipped with everything you need for a worry-free stay, including a grill for your BBQ needs, a pool to cool off on hot summer days, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a microwave for quick meals, and dishes and utensils to serve your favorite dishes. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

To ensure that you have a comfortable and convenient stay, we've completely furnished the unit with stylish and comfortable furniture, as well as linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have access to cable TV and free Wi-Fi to stay connected with the world, and a Jacuzzi to relax after a day of exploring Murrells Inlet.

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking in the unit, so you can enjoy a clean and healthy environment during your stay.

The Space:
Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room, wall-to-wall carpet and laminate flooring as well as central air and free wifi.

The Neighborhood:
This unit/complex is only 1 block from the beach with a view of the inlet at your screened in back porch. Ice Cream Stores and Sam's Corner is on the way to the beach where you can get a lot of great goodies.

Getting Around:
Garden City/Murrells Inlet is a quaint area where it is fun and safe to walk around to check out the Arcade, Bars, Small restaurants, etc. Band also play at the end of the Garden City Pier during the summer months which is only about a block away.

**Travel Insurance must be purchased at least 14 days after booking the reservation through a third party company . Proof of policy required and we will reimburse you back the cost of policy up to 10% of the rental fee when rental is completed. Awesome views

This condo has beautiful views, at all times of the day! Oysters' clusters at low tide, many kinds of birds (we saw a belted Kingfish), many different kinds of beautiful ducks, and more. I strongly suggest bringing binoculars. I wish we did. Sipping our coffee on the screened balcony with a view on the marsh was so peaceful. The place is close to everything in Murrell's Inlet; we were under 10 minutes from all the awesome restaurants (Bovine's was our favorite), 18 minutes from Brookgreen's Gardens (to see their Christmas light show) and 3 minutes from the ocean (we could sometime hear the waves. Loved that an elevator is available. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome views and place to stay!

Our family enjoyed the condo. It’s in an awesome location with great views all around. Host was constantly there to answer questions. Would definitely stay again!
