Beautiful

Was a little disappointed that it was advertised as four bedroom and it was actually a living room with a sofa bed. But all worked out and everything was beautiful we actually had a very good time and loved it and would go again.

Great Condo with everything you need and then some….

This Condo was perfect for our family during Spring Break. It had everything you could possibly think of and a great layout. Things were labeled and directions on how to use items was extremely helpful. Condo came with a locker full of chairs and umbrellas that came in handy. Will definitely look to book this location again.

Just as described

Paul's "Beachy" condo was just as he described in the listing. Clean, plenty of room, and steps from the beach. There is a slight "ocean view" from the back porch, which was a nice location to hang out in the evening. the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, shampoo, hangers, etc. Beds were comfortable. The building itself is a bit dated, but this is more on the condo and less on this particular unit. All things considered, a comfortable place to stay for a few days!

The biggest downside is the parking situation. Very stressful and almost impossible to leave once you have a parking space. Others don't abide by the rules.

We found some broken stuff(the cabinet that had the trash can in it was off it’s tracks) and the freezer was so frozen over, it needed to be defrosted badly but we were only there 1 night until our beach condo was available. We weren’t crazy about the fact that the housekeeper came in at 9:50 am on Saturday morning. We thought checkout was at 11:00 and she informed us it was 10:00, but she was still early

Lovely getaway- friendly vibe

We stayed in mid- September and managed to avoid any hurricanes - yay! Parking was ok- but unfortunately my husband ripped a truck tire on a bolt sticking out one of the supporting beams so we spent the first eve changing a tire. Be careful when pulling in. Condo itself was very spacious. In our party: I and my husband, my mom and dad and three of our kids. The kids loved the bunkbed room area: two older teens and one four year old. The additional room is more of a foyer as it opens to the covered walkway entry door, but it does have a sleeper sofa. we were going to let one kid stay there, but they ended up all wanting to stay in the bunk room. Very nicely appointed, the stuffed whale toys were a nice touch! :) Appliances were sturdy and new, the overall feel of the condo was clean, well appointed- just excellent. It’s not exactly ocean front, even though I ran my Vrbo search on oceanfront. The building is oceanfront, but the condo itself is ocean view so it faces a parking lot but if you look to the left, you can see the ocean. The welcome book is well-made with laminated information sheets. Refrigerator was immaculate which I’m a stickler for and the filtered water was nice. Paul, the owner actively manages the condo, so you’re not paying extra for a rental company to also manage the listing. He’s also very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved It!

We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. So many wonderful little extras and small touches that make the stay perfect! We LOVED all the hooks in bathrooms and in the Carolina room for towels, swimsuits, etc. such a nice touch. Thank you for making our weekend getaway wonderful. One small suggestion: a mirror in the queen bedroom would let some put on makeup/straighten hair etc. while others are showering. Thank you again for everything!!

Garden City girlfriends trip

The condo was awesome. The host has done an excellent job making this place very comfy and has everything you need. Very clean and the beds are comfy… pillows too! One of the better ones we’ve stayed at. Paul was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend ….

Good place

Great place to stay if you have many guests. There was crime scene tape where the parking was (little concerned) The fridge is in a weird location which the doors almost touch the counter so you have to be skinny to open them. Cleaning service came 15 minutes before checkout with all her gear right at the front door. Felt rushed to get out. Has nice view, beds and deck.
