One Ocean Place Unit 209 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Garden City Beach. Located on the second floor, this condo has great ocean views that you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your time sitting on the furnished patio overlooking the beach or lounging by the pool. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom features a private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed to prepare a meal. The building has an elevator for guest use and parking on site. Golf carts are not allowed at this condominium.

Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). Loved that the parking was so close to our condo. What a plus! And the beautiful space on ocean front to hear the ocean each day! No real negative, we had to figure out the remotes which confused us in the beginning. Maybe instructions depending on what we were looking to do. We are older😎. Will want to return!
