Dining room is off of the kitchen and seats 6. Three bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level has washer and dryer. Lower level has a screened in patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 6 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture and gas grill. Guest can also enjoy a gas firepit located outside the bottom unit but can also be accessed from the side of home.
