Stylish country escape Wollombi / Laguna area, lower Hunter Valley.

Enjoy time with family and friends at this tranquil property nestled in a pretty little valley overlooking grassy paddocks, billabong and Australian bush. Put your feet up and take in the view from the large deck or wind down next to the crackling open fire.

A spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows invite you to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings of the property. The home has a lovely split-level layout with downstairs featuring two queen bedrooms. Upstairs has another queen room and a light-filled bunk room which includes a double bed with single bunk on top, another single bed and a cute sleeping nook with mattress up a little ladder. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. There are two large modern bathrooms, a beautiful new kitchen and large sundrenched deck spans the house, equipped with BBQ and tables. A firepit is stocked with wood for marshmallows after dark under the stars.

The home is a convenient ten minute drive to the delightful Laguna Trading Post (est. 1835) for quality coffee, fresh bread, wines and Providore and a further 10 minutes to historic Wollombi village and its fabulous rustic Pub, Myrtle and Stone cafe, Wollombi General Store and little walk near Wollembi Brook.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.
