This custom built 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin is perfect for getting away from it all. You will feel the peaceful serenity that surrounds you on this wooded property. Ideally located between Murphy, NC and Blairsville, GA, The Fawn affords you the "illusion of seclusion" while being convenient to all the activities the area has to offer. Enjoy the numerous vineyards and breweries. Take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Visit the quaint Bavarian Village of Helen, GA. Or just hang out and cozy up in front of the gas-log fireplace or roast marshmallows and s'mores while sitting around the firepit. Bring your pups! They will enjoy the secure dog yard complete with clean-up station. You are certain to call The Fawn "My Mountain Escape!”

Quiet, clean, and beautiful

We could only stay one night as we passed through. But the cabin (Fawn) was fantastic.They really took pride in building the cabin and it is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the small herd of deer came out mid-morning. Highly recommended.

This is, hands down, one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in The Blue Ridge Mountains! The cabin is clean and well stocked with kitchen items and towels/linens. We stayed here for New Years and to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. This cabin is flawless and the owners left nothing out. The kitchen is stocked with all the stuff you could need and then some. The cabin is beautiful, clean, cozy and the hosts are absolutely wonderful!! We spent our mornings having coffee and watching deer from the back porch. The Bed is so comfortable we purchased the same mattress just the other day!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and we can’t wait to return!
