Best Cabin View.

Trip was no fuss. Check in and out was very smooth. Property is super clean. Best veiw in the area. Property is easy to navigate. Fire pit is wonderful at night. Close to town for essentials. Property owner was great and made sure all of our needs were met.

You Will Love This Cabin!

We have stayed here on three separate occasions, and we are very impressed with the cabin cleanliness and amenities. It seems the owners have provided everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved to sit out on the huge balcony and bird watch. The gorgeous view could not be better! Comfortable bed in the main bedroom and even the outdoor furniture is comfy. Great owners!

The house was very well-equipped and had all sorts of supplies, including snacks and some breakfast items. The views were spectacular! Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Hostess was proactive about checking that everything was okay. Highly recommend.

Serenity at its Best

Our 8 day stay was wonderful eacape. The cabin was cozy, he neighborhood was quiet, very comfortable overral. The fire place in the living room kept us warm. The views were magnificent, at times feeling we were in the clouds. Our host was great always in contact with us, making sure we were ok. We will definitely be staying here at the Mountain Sky Escape again. I miss it already!

A great mid winter visit.

I highly recommend this cabin and location next to Murphy, NC. Well decorated. Very nice furniture in the living room. The bed slept very well. Best of all, a wonderful view of the mountains close to the cabin. Close to restaurants, grocery store and some shopping. Within driving distance to Blue Ridge and Helen, GA. Christine is a wonderful host! She communicates well and makes sure everything is right and you're comfortable. Also a very large porch with a gate so you can let your dog roam around safely. Overall a very beautiful cabin.

Beautiful place

Our host, Nancy, was fantastic! Communicated with me even months before our check in. The property was pristine and the views were fantastic. It was chilly when we were there so we used the fireplace nightly and it warms the cabin very nicely. The linens were soft and the towels were large and soft as well. We would highly recommend!!

Fabulous Cabin- unreal mountain views

This property is on top of a mountain ridge providing a views in every direction. The cabin is sparkling clean. The host has stocked it with many items- including first aid kits/batteries and emergency water and flashlights. This is a great property hosted by a wonderful husband and wife. If you want to enjoy a great mountain cabin in a great location, book this property. We will be back.

Perfect getaway

The views are outstanding. With the cloud and mist formations we got a different vista every day. Property was immaculate. Beds were comfy. Communication with owner was excellent. My husband loved the 4-wheeling it took to get up there. For our pups it was a little tough with nowhere for them to really do their “business” except outside on the road. Area was so quiet and peaceful, sitting out on the deck reading was perfect, with only the birds chirping and hummingbird wings buzzing.

Amazing Views

Where to start...the Amazing Views are the obvious reason to choose this cabin. Every night the sunset was different and on clear nights, it was an incredible light show of stars! The lack of city lights and the darkness of being high on a mountain, allows the stars to be show to watch. This cabin has a wonderful wrap around porch with seating on two different levels. In addition, there is also a gas outdoor firepit that is wonderful to gather round, watch the sunset and maybe roast some marshmallows for Smores! I would also like to mention the owner and the cabin itself. It is obvious that this is a new cabin (2022) as it is in pristine condition. The owner has literally thought of everything to make you feel at home. From the array of coffee makers to the first aid kit (not that you will need it) but it is all here. If you are like many, heading to a furnished cabin does not mean that you can forget the basics, but again, the owner to the rescue as there were hotel like amenities in the bathroom to get you started. I just cannot say enough about the owner and their cabin set up! Phenomenal job and kudos to them for really thinking through what people may need for the week. It may be obvious, but I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a mountain get-a-way!

Not a single detail overlooked!

This rental was among the cleanest and well equipped properties we have visited. The property owner left absolutely no detail of the property or our check-in and stay short of perfect. Excellent, helpful communication and the home lacked nothing. While we only stayed a weekend, the house was prepped for a month long stay with no issue. Thank you again for an excellent experience!

Heaven on Earth

This cabin has everything you can possibly want for enjoying your stay in the mountains. Breathtaking views, endless decks for sitting outside, comfortable furniture, gas fireplace inside, really neat gas table with chairs outside. Plenty of lighting that makes it easy to move around without using a flashlight. Indoors...well the host has thought of everything, I have never seen before ever what is provided here for morning coffee and preparing meals. All the streaming options on the big screen in the living space with local channels also. Good WiFi signal along with cell service. Paved road 90% of the way up, just keep your vehicle in low gear. Highly recommend this awesome property.....the host gives you detailed instructions and truly makes the stay a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway with Our Dog!

We had a wonderful time in the mountains with our dog. Most of our time was spent on the porch enjoying the views. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of kitchen supplies and extra linens. Communication with the host was excellent - she checked in to make sure our stay was going well and see if we had questions. All in all, a seamless trip! Our only suggestion would be to add a hot tub :) We hope to come back!

Perfect accommodations. Breathtaking views. Perfect outdoor space, covered, comfortable seating, grill clean with everything you needed for grilling, safe, deck in perfect condition & great lighting. Easy access for parking. Kitchen had everything we needed as we ate all our evening meals at the cabin. Appliances clean with great ice maker. Welcome book answered any questions we might have had to work the TV & fireplace..etc. Loved our welcoming gift & bath accessories. Could not have asked for anything more. Well done!!!!!

Fantastic mountain getaway!

I cannot say enough about this property. The cabin is beautiful, very well maintained and appointed. The owner, who is very attentive and thoughtful, made sure that all our needs were met and all of our questions answered. She even surprised us with a welcome gift bag with treats for us and our dog. The views of the mountains are absolutely fantastic and the area is very peaceful. We truly had a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic Views Pristine Accommodations

From the initial contact to the checkout everything was fantastic. The location had everything we needed all the way to the kcups and was easy to access. Guestbook and guide were great additions. Everything was clean and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be going back.
